The service and staff engagement here has won my repeat business. This is a great place to try new juices, especially because the owner stays current on product lines and health topics related to vaping. My experience has been that they are not simply trying to move product but have an eye towards making you a repeat customer.
Also, they stand behind the hardware they sell which is nice because their markup is reasonable. They've worked with me to make sure I can use what I buy and have not over and undersold me.
Also, they have a good, relaxed social space that doesn't have that weird head shop vibe to it which is nice if you want to take some time to figure what you need.

Very friendly knowledgeable people. Great variety of premium e-juices with reasonable prices. Although I was a bit disappointed that they didn't carry a "house " juice. Great experience in a very relaxed atmosphere.

The team here is extremely knowledgeable, and is happy to work with you to find the right product. They were very understanding and helpful when one of the products ended up aggravating a pollen allergy i have, and let me exchange it for a product that was compatible with my allergies. I cant recommend this shop enough, you cant pay for the expertise that this team provides. I would give them 6 stars if i could!

They will walk you through everything from asking you what your preference is while matching you up with flavors similar to it. Great place with fantastic customer service. I love this shop! The staff is always super helpful and very knowledgeable. Sometimes I stop in just to visit because the shop has that type of comfortable atmosphere. It's the only shop I go to for my vaping needs.

I have never been so sure that a business was writing positive reviews for itself. I bought a tank here for $45, only to find the exact model elsewhere for $27. Juice is flavorless, but employees are nice, thus one extra star. AVOID!!!
