Terrible experience. They don't know their products, and when confronted about the bad service and incorrect information about the products, they double down and call the reviewers liars. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere if you want quality products or even just a decent experience.

I had a problem with my vape that i bought from an entirely different state. They made every honest attempt to fix it at no cost. When that didn't work, they provided alternatives with the right balance of quality and budget. Even after that, it turned out that the solution I chose didn't work either. I walked in the store and immediately improved my situation even though in all honesty they didn't cause it.

They got a wide selection of vapes and flavors and although I've only been once they seem like really nice people. I'll give them more of my business in the future.

Wonderful! Time was taken to drill down to what I was looking for and what I needed. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The owner was a great help! Came here around the top of the year/last year in search of CBD oils for help with anxiety. On my second visit, the owner walked me through different intake options, broke down how they worked, and made recommendations for me. Ultimately, I realized that CBD isn't strong enough for me, but I never forgot the great customer service and help.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and I loved every single flavor I tried there. Whether you’re looking for coils, CBD, or nicotine products, they’ve got it all. The management is fantastic, and gave the best service I’ve had in any vape shop I’ve been to. This is the only vape shop I’ll be going to in Houston. Crossing my fingers that they open a location in College Station. Look no further folks, this is it.

After failing to find good products at 2 other stores, I found VapeRX. Ilana is super knowledgeable and won't BS you. She'll even tell you when you're using way too much (like me). Also she has a dog at the store! (So, fair warning if you have dog allergies.) I'll definitely go there in the future.

This place is a joke. I will never buy or shop here again. All the products they have they buy online and sell them to you for double the price. I've priced all there items and will never return here. They have no warranty or exchange here... Customer service is hit or miss.. I rather pay 50 online and learn online then 100 and kick it here. If my item breaks, I can just buy another one online.. then paying the price for two!!! Suggestions.. window shop here and buy online.. Same for juice, priced 15 bucks higher then most shops. it's all over price.. not supporting a local business that is fooling the community. The posative reviews are clueless.. the owner told me she don't get wholesale prices.. she just buys online and sells at her price.. smh.. don't be fooled by the looks of the place.. Vape RX.. is a rip off.

Very nice knowledgeable staff that treat you fairly and give decent prices as well as help for all your vaping needs. Also loved the welcoming from Toby the dog :) he was very sweet and obedient as I had him sit he was already starting to lift his paw for a good shake.
