Every person I've met here is awesome! Nothing but good things to say about thecustomer service. 3 stars because I kept coming back due to service but when they didn't have a color of drop I wanted, I went elsewhere to find that I've been paying double here than what the competitor offered on everything!!!! Wow.

If you dont know anything about Vapes these people will screw you. Instead of solving a simple problem they will insist your mod that they did not sell you is going to "blow up any minute" throw it in the trash. The only reason people dont buy off the internet is for the one on one service which these people neglect in every way. Save the cash shop elsewhere. Garbage.

This place was incredibly relaxing and welcoming... the woman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions... I only intended on getting a new tank for my mod but she was so friendly that I ended up spending more... LoL

This shop has changed my outlook of any typicial vape shop. Starting with the employees, you can immediately feel the friendly atmosphere. The employees all work incredibly well together and they give off an incredibly "at home" vibe for their store.
They also carry the best products and juices that are on the market at any given time for great prices. They are always knowledgeable on what's new and now, and can always explain anything about a device or juice to anyone that asks. They also carry an assortment of "High-End" gear, Which is not something vape shops in the area typically do, but I commend them on that 100%. Its always fun to drop by and see what the vaperx family has in store.

Amazing service, I came in for something cheap and no nicotine and the custumer service was on point they where quick and nice I was in and out happy with what I wanted in less than 10 minutes. I love it I will happily recommend it to my friends and come back my self..
