I am new to the vaping scene, and luckily this place is close by. I met Ilana, and spent a few hours just talking to her and sampling, and watching some of the things she does. Even in between customers she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. It is easy to see she absolutely loves what she does and truly cares about her customers. I will be going back often.
Kwan (I hope I got his name right LOL) is also VERY cool, and seems to really know his stuff when it comes to building coils and such. If I could give this place more stars I would!

One of the truly high end shop in Houston if your in town for business, leisure, or even if you live here you have to stop by the customer service is absolutely top notch they deserve every single bit of all 5 of these stars. I couldn't recommend them enough

Bought a Kangertech sub ohm tank and it started leaking out of the vent holes a couple of days later. Brought it in and complained about it and was told by a lady here (didn't catch her name) that ALL tanks leak. Not true. Had a Nautelis Mini for a couple of years and it never had it leak. I informed her if this and she still claimed they all leak. Ha! I ended up breaking the glass on my Kangertech and the same lady sold me a replacement. Go figure, I get home and it doesn't fit because it is too long for the tank she previously sold me. Really!?
I feel the folks that work here aren't very personable, are uneducated with their products and mis-inform their customers about their products. Finding a different vape shop in town and never coming back.

Prices are way to high cbd flower bubba kush really dry they will not give you a refund They will try to give you 1 free gram . That’s not Resolving the issue by doing that

I have visited vape shops all over Houston, an Vape rx is the cream of the crop. The customer service is awesome they have some of the best juices in town. So stop on by and get the best vape experience ever!!!
