This place is awesome! They were so helpful.. I took in a vape piece I didn’t even buy there, they took the time to google and figure out what was wrong with it. Most places would just try to sell you something of theirs. Awesome customer service! I won’t go anywhere else now! Thanks guys!!!

The owner is amazing bought a phantom didn't work gave me full refund. Once inventory is back getting one at cost. Definitely coming back. Choice spot great glass products.

We used to go to 3D all the time, we’ve been less than impressed recently with no masks being worn and the one in Hurst charges absurd prices. Came here in a whim & big fan. Huge selection, good prices, and they wear masks!!

My husband and I have been coming in for years and the service and product has always been exceptional 👌 very friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful staff eveytime I come in and they tend to remember you too, which is nice! Don't see myself needing to go anywhere else

This place is neat and has a lot of stuff but it doesn’t matter if it’s your 1st or 10000th they rush you the whole way. I’d spend more if they would actually let me see all they have... not that personable either. Would come here if I had to and in a pinch but no other reason truthfully.

Having visited this store several times over the years...at least 10 times, sporadically. And in recent months, on three separate occasions....I know I will no longer be spending my money here. They're one of few headshop options in the HEB area and they act like it. It always seems like (she) can hardly be bothered when I enter the store...and says nothing to me other than what can I help you find...so as to rush me out of the store. I've even inquired as to availability of certain items or tools that I was looking for and received NO help or conversation on the matter. And (he) says nothing at all. So...between home and work, there are PLENTY of other shops to spend my money at. I'd recommend Glasshouse Smoke Shop or trusty old Gas Pipe if you pass either of those establishments. At least their staff is friendly. Jeeze....Puff King needs to burn one and smile.

I love this place. They have great prices on their cigarettes, huge selection of everything you could possibly need to get your smoke on and very friendly staff. I go there weekly if not several times a week.

I love this store!! It's full of awesome gadgets. I can literally spend hours in here shopping. I bought a gorgeous Medicali water pipe and I love it. The gurl is very knowledgeable about the merchandise it carries. I've been to other shops occasionally but I come to Puff King on a regular I enjoy exchanging dry wit with the salesgurl. Plus I can always find exactly what I'm looking for. I never leave empty handed it's one of the better shops A+ all the way.

Best shop in the area by far. Sam is very knowledgeable and just an all around cool dude. Great selection and pricing. Trust me, don’t go anywhere else.

These guys always help me out and they're not as expensive as other smoke shops such as "Easy's". I recently got a vaporizer from them and it works like a charm I've had zero complaints so far in the last 2 years I've been going here.
