We just bought a defective water pipe took it back to the shop and was told nothing they could do because we had water in it so sghe couldn't take it back that only the owner could do anything who wasnt there. I dont understand the issue we paid 40 dollars for it all we want is to exchange it for another. We were not given a receipt with our purchase. I spend a few hundred dollars a year there even tho there are alot of sometimes cheaper choices for shops around hurst because I enjoy the selection. Very disappointed tbh.

Great selection of products and I highly doubtful you'll walk in and walk back out not finding what you're seeking. Price is a tad high and it seems some workers needed pricing from a manager but this is my Go To for smoke related products of quality.

I had driven by this place hundreds of times driving through town. On a whim today I stopped in and Sam took care of me! Puff king is my new go-to hands-down!!
Edit: had to take a couple stars off from original 5/5 after referring a friend who had found an antique non-working wick lighter. Even after my friend made a purchase of a replacement wick, flint and fuel, The staff wouldn't spend more than a minute taking a look at this antique and give him a pointer on how to get it running. A shame, really.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to any all questions no matter how uneducated. What would be nice and helpful would be pricing on everything without having to ask. That's the only reason for 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

If it's vape you need it's based they have! Owner is very knowledgable and keeps his inventory stocked. They seem to keeps up with vape trends as they develop. I've been shopping here for about 4 years and the prices are very good!

Owner lied & upsold me a new vape device that was very dangerous. It was like smoking a firecracker. Sparks burnt lips, throat & eye. I was only there to buy a coil for my nord smok. Absolutely would not refund my 32.00.
