I purchased the Zen Master water soluble D8 to possibly help cut back on drinking. I was skeptical but it worked amazingly well!! I mix it with juice & drink it as though it were a cocktail & I've been able to cut back from 3 or more alcoholic drinks in the evening, to 1 drink 1. I sleep great, I wake up refreshed, no jitters or alcohol related morning residual effects.
I've recently switched over to Zen Master Balance & it helped relieve some should pain almost immediately. These are great products & I'm a fan for life!!
