Great place. Very friendly staff, amazingly helpful. Love this place over any other vape shop in town. Good prices, good way to test it out before you buy. Very unique flavors and mods that set them aside from other places. Been going here since I first started vaping, wouldn't go anywhere else

First time at innovated Vapor was yesterday. I bought a mod from another vape shop & when I got home it leaked really bad (all of the juice would leak out in under 5 mins) i took it apart, bought new coils, flipped the glass EVERYTHING, and no matter what juice i used it tasted burnt. went back to the shop i purchased it from & was told once i bought it that it was my problem and they wouldn't do anything about it. Was feeling discouraged that i was out $75.00 and no matter what i tried it was defective. Brought it to innovated yesterday figuring getting help else where was a long shot because i didn't purchase it there. They immediately talked with me and after troubleshooting they figured out the problem & walked me thru step by step of how to fix it. Also got 2 complimentary coils and juice for my troubles. Will definitely be going back. Thank yall!

I’m not trying to bash the shop but if your going to buy juice from them,get a name brand juice and not thier house juice,I asked for 3MG of thier house juice and I got super sick and nauseous like I had to throw up,I feel like it was mored 3MG nicotine in it that was put,I know this because I smoke naked 3MG currently and I never had this problem,I had to throw the juice away cause I could not smoke it,15 dollars down the drain

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Bought a coil 2 days ago from a very nice lady. After 2 days it has burned out with minimal use. I went in to get another one and asked where they got there supply. The ginger bearded guy was rude and said it happens sometimes. Well it only happens when you buy the cheap ones to sell to your own locals for maximum profit. Then I asked the price of the "naked" brand 60ml juice and he said 31 plus tax. I was shocked because I get it in seattle for 14.99 plus tax. Ginger beard got a nasty attitude and said get it in seattle then. Just want the locals to know that any vape shop in seattle would gladly ship you premium juice for half the cost. I love visiting my folks in Texas. Just not this vape store...it felt more like New York in this shop...
I guess they will have to pull the license in every store in seattle then. And the fact that you said I "think" I had a bad experience leads me to believe the guy I dealt with replied to this review. Not only will you not get my business. My folks have decided to go to the mall location from now on.
