All the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about all their products!!! Schyahne is amazing and always remembers what I come in for!!! If a person can remember you it shows great customer service!!!

I only give it two stars because they have everything I need. Otherwise I would give a negative ten stars for service.
I've been there numerous times and always paid the same price for the caliburn pods that I need. The last time I went in I was charged almost double. When I let the clerk know she became very argumentative and told me I was wrong.
Even after I went ahead and bought them she still continued to harass me. As I walked out, she told me that I was cheap and could start shopping at their competitor's stores.
All this because I asked about a 90% increase in price that I paid for anyways. She could have handled this much differently. Some kindness, a smile, and an apology for the price change.
I'm not sure I will ever go back. If you don't care about customer service then at least they've got a lot of merchandise. If you want friendly help and a smile go anywhere else like I will.

I’ve been here a few times it’s always clean and appealing. But there is a young women who works evenings who took my visit to the next level. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Even though it was nearing closing she was so welcoming and took her time with me. Very sweet and just pleasant to be around!!! I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but she needs a raise! Will be returning
