Jim is a sweetheart & quite knowledgeable about his product lines, right down to his Kitty Nugs he introduced me to for my cats….& they work!!! My husband and I discovered this little jewel about 2 and a half years ago. Looking for calming treats for our dogs with anxiety issues due to separation, thunderstorms and fireworks. Heather was more than helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and even shared her own experience with using the brand I chose. Funny and friendly are just two words to describe Jim! Anytime my husband went by there without me, he always came home commenting on how much he liked going there.
