This place is consistently great on every aspect like prices, cleanliness, and customer service. Skyler (sorry if I didn’t spell It right) helped us out the whole way through. He helped us get everything we needed and everything we wanted and learned some knowledge along the way!! By the way make sure you tip your sales team there, especially when you get great service, in these difficult time for some.

I really love this store as long as the owner isnt there. I called him to ask for product pricing and he told me one price over the phone, and then the price doubled when I showed up in store and he told me that I misunderstood him. I cant misunderstand someone if I asked 3 times over the phone "so this product is this price" and he said "yes". The young man that works there most nights is really nice though. He always makes me feel welcome and hes always willing to help.

I was helped by Ali and Evan. These guys not only tried to make my experience worth while for it being my first time, but they also focused on creating a buyer-seller relationship. They were extremely friendly. The prices are realistic and affordable. For it being my first visit, I already felt like a valued customer. The visit was an amazing experience.
Update to my review: I was told to write a good review to help get a discount on my bill, but as a local Pearland small business shopper, I can not lie to everyone trying to go to this vendor. Do NOT waste on penny in this store! I repeat, do NOT! The owner is so crooked and corrupt. He buys fake glass pieces, ups the prices, and then sends out messages for "sales" to all of his customers. Ali doesn't care about you, all he wants is your money. He will feed you fake information, and tell you fake stories to try to get you to lower your guard, but always remember, once a con man always a con man. He tried to sell $150 rigs for $400 and when he lowers the price to $300, he will say, "that's taking out the whole profit from me, man. I'm not even making any money at this point." If you don't believe me, ask yourself this. If someone has to say, "I would never try to scam you, bro." Doesn't that make it a scam? Because someone not trying to scam you, would never say that.

On my last trip there, they went out of their way to educate us about the products along with a demo. Coolest people on the block. Solid with pricing. And it's got a pretty cool name too 👌

Amazing staff. Everyone I have delt with has been super nice and just all around amazing. Love the environment, not your typical dark and gloomy smoke shop. Prices are always low. They never try to up sell. Strictly for your satisfaction. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff has always been very knowledgeable on vape coils, tanks and other stuff. Most of all they have always remembered me and offer military discounts. There prices are much cheaper then "Vape City" in Friendswood.
