I went to buy a scale from their place, and I told them I needed a scale that would measure micrograms. They told me that the one that measures grams can also measure in micrograms. I put a piece of paper Infront of him and he said "it didn't work because it's weightless, it work with liquids and powders." After trusting him, I went home to put my product in the scale, and it did not scale at all. And he did not let me return or exchange it.
