The young lady at the counter was incredibly helpful and she was able to explain in detail what the products do and how much or how little to take✅ there is so much too learn about this industry and having a person explain all the benefits and negatives is Paramount. This is a convenient location and the store is well organized. We are so grateful that we live in a time where if you're suffering from pain, anxiety or other illnesses you have options (Natural) to get well and live a better life 🤍.

New to vaping so trusted them to help. Gave me bad Info on my device. Then tried to exchange they couldn't do it even though it was unused. If your going to sell the products at least know them. He just mixed up the 2 nova one you can change setting this one you can't. If you don't know just say so or at least take care of your customers and let t them exchange it. Not like I was asking for a refund. Just bad customer service also sold me menthol when I asked for non menthol place is garbage. I can live with the device but you don't know the difference in in whats menthol and whats not?

Hands down best smoke shop in the DFW area. I’ve came to this Hemp and More multiple times now and each and every time I’m amazed at the customer service! Never have I felt so welcomed and accepted in an environment like this, these people truly care about their clients and show the upmost respect when it comes to making a customer leave happy. Their selection of bongs, pipes, vapes, and tobacco products are insane and far superior to other smoke shops in this area. I wouldn’t recommend any other shop over this one! I’ll definitely be staying loyal to Hemp and More from now on.
