I have been coming to this smoke shop for a while now and have never had a problem. Today I went in and it was a new girl working and I asked what was similar to a brand of vape juice I use cause it hasn’t been in the store in months. A fruity 5mg vape juice. She then sold me a different brand that had no nicotine. That’s the whole reason I vape. So now I lost 25$ and you lost a customer

We bought a water pipe from this shop. First experience was great. But after a few days, the piece just broke in half. It snapped at the neck as it was being picked up, it sucked but glass can be weird. We went back to get another, stated what happened, ruled out a few potential causes and ultimately were offered a discount on a new piece. We weren't looking for anything free but we did ask if he could help us out since this one was less then a week old and we didn't do anything to cause the glass to break. He walked us over to the case where the similar pieces were, showing us a few slightly better options and explained the differences. We selected the one we wanted and he took the piece out of the case and walked straight to the counter to check us out. He said it was usually $52 but he'd give it to us for $46. Happy with our purchase and his kindness, we took it home ready to test it out. I took it over to the sink to clean it and there was a price sticker on the bottom showing "$34.99" .... for my discounted $46 piece.... I feel played. Mostly I'm disappointed. Even if that was the wholesale purchase price, mistakes like that is how you lose trust in customers.

I met the owner when this place first opened up. IN FACT i gave this store their first 5 star review. He was really cool and even offered me a job. This was over a year ago. Changing my 5 star review to 1 star. Wish I could give 0 . Female employee pressures you to buy every thing in the store. I went in to buy some zig zags rolling papers. after saying NO 3 separate times to her asking me “do you want anything else? you just want one ? Is that all?” the girl asked for my I.D. This wouldn’t bother me if I wasn’t in there two weeks ago to buy a vape( something more expensive) from the same exact woman. She didn’t I.D me then. Even then both employees would not leave me alone about spending more money. Screw this place. Money grubbing weirdos they don’t know what customer service is and I hope it stays slow. This is why you don’t get customers. Lol.

Great location for vaping devices, accessories, smoking tools and cbd stuff too. They have a huge selection in all the departments they deal with which is rare for vape stores and they had what i was looking for which i was pleasantly surprised by. I was grabbing food next door and stopped in for some coils. It's way better than the vape store that was in this location years ago.

I was in this store two or three days ago and it is amazing! The guy that owns it is super personable and is even willing to work on prices if need be which is very helpful to me, especially at this time. He has delta 8 everything basically, including edible delta 8! There is no better smoke shop in Plano than this one. Forget the over priced "artisan" shops, this is the place to go! And right now, I believe most, if not all, of his glass smoke pieces are on sale and for amazing prices too! He will work with you! I'm very critical of these places so take it from me when I say this place is the best!

I just recently moved to the area when I visited this shop for the first time and they made me feel welcomed at home. "Cookies" (as I know him) helped me out with my selection and had a variety of things that I try out in the future. I only came in there for incense but came out as a new customer. Definitely will be hitting this place up more often. Thanks!!
