Manager needs better customer service.
Staff sucks. Need different staff. Planet K over charges for Glass Screen. Might as well buy 40 Screens on Ebay for $5.99.
They over charge on there items, customer service is worse than ever, the staff is to busy flirting with there female employees and female customers.
From now on, I'm buying my Glass screens and anything else I need online, much cheaper than at Plane K. I might have to wait a little but it's better than being treated like garbage and pay alot more on items they sell when I can save alot online.
The two Planet K (Round Rock and Austin) both have poor customer serice and over charge compared to the same items on ebay and other online pipe shops that sell the same items much cheaper.

I bought a pair of sunglasses, went outside and put them on and noticed a scratch on the lense (couldn’t see it inside because it’s so dark). Took them back in and showed them. First he tried to act like it was just from the sticker when it was clearly a scratch. Then when I showed him the other pair has the same scratch he literally put them both back on the shelf for someone else to buy!! They only had two pairs of the color I wanted and both were scratched so he told me I had to get a color I didn’t want or lose my money, wouldn’t let me get a different style or get my money back. And the scratched glasses are back in the shelf so they can screw someone else out of their money.

This place has all your smoking necessities but they're severely over priced compared to other Austin smoke shops. So you're kinda forced to pay their prices since there isn't another one in the area unless you venture out a good 10-15miles.

My girlfriend needed some cbd rub because hse was in a car accident. They had it but i would order online if you didn't need it the same day. Prices are really high.
