Update, I have spent SO MUCH money at this location. I was loyal because I had not shopped around and educated myself further on cost, whole sale, and price comparison. It was because it was convinient but not worth the mark up or the terrible customer service you now get ( they used to be the best almost making it worth the markup) Sadly the customer experience was not there at all. My cashier knew nothing about the product he was selling. All the information I was given was incorrect. I will respond and say that their product is legitimate. However, the pricing is hardly competitive. If you wanted to push back, at least have some substance backing you...

Loved the vibe of this place the minute I walked in. I live about 30 minutes away but I visit my son and Garland and he informed me of Peace cloud. They have a huge variety, the prices are good and I love the in-house flavors. I was just there last week and was inquiring about coffee flavors. I was made, an in-house juice, best coffee flavor juice that I have tasted in the 11 years I've been vaping. I have been going to the same vape shop for years, peace cloud is now mg to! Thank you to the staff who are always greeting everyone at the door the moment they walk in with a friendly smile in a Cool vibe.

Kirby, Katelyn, and Glenn are friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond expectations! Our family has gone there for years and they are incredible! My grandfather goes there and they have cigars in stock just for him. They make sure to take care of their customers and I personally can't thank them enough!

I really enjoyed wasting my money on a vape I really didn't need that leaks. Not to mention they sold me a salt vape for regular nic knowing very well that's what I was using. I should've just left when I was informed my vape I just received was outdated and they don't carry parts for it. The new one hits like an unfiltered cigarette. Oh but it's not from like "10 years ago and no one uses those anymore". For a first time vapor, I should've just stuck to ordering online. No attitude and alot cheaper.

I used to really really love this place, but the last couple times I went the manager attitude was different. She definitely wasn't nice and friendly like she has been in the past. She seems very annoyed now, and that makes me extremely uncomfortable. They have very reasonable prices and good products. I want to continue to shop there, but if her personality continues this way I'm going to find another CBD store. Even though this particular store has gotten more business from me than any...it will be sad to leave them. 😞
