I have been into this store three different times to buy a vape I have never had anybody tell me when I came in that I had to test the product there however I was sold a defective vape last night that won't turn off considering I spent over $50 for two you would think they'd be willing to at least replace it since nobody ever told me I have to try it there I have proof of my purchase and everything but all the guy on the phone could say was he could get me a really dope price on my next one and in all honesty I no longer want to buy these from them anymore. Due to the fact of not informing the customer's correctly I feel like I should have been given the chance to at least exchange it as I said I've been in there three different times and no one has ever said this to me
