Awful customer service and deceptive practices. I purchased a vape and left the store went to the car tried and it didn’t work at all. 30 seconds later I walk back in and the lady told me no refunds. They ask u do you want to try it before you leave but they don’t concisely tell you if you don’t you will be stuck with a product that doesn’t work. Stand behind ur product if it doesn’t work replace it. Bad business will never go back !
