We came across this shop by accident, yesterday. I have to say, the customer service was beyond excellent! The staff are extremely well knowledged when it comes to the wide variety of products they sell. I have visited so many different CBD/hemp shops, but none compare to Natural Heights. Me and my daughter both have autoimmune diseases and deal with pain everyday. The staff member took his time and explained how different products work for different issues. Products I had previously bought at other stores that I was lead to believe that would help me, had not. He explained in great detail as to why my body was responding opposite to a product I was told would help give me a boost. At Natural Heights it genuinely felt as if they are there to help people that deal with ailing conditions. I can honestly say, the Blue Dream I had bought from there helped my daughter on our drive back home. My daughter, had just had surgery earlier in the day. A procedure I've seen her go through hundreds of times, unfortunately. A procedure I've seen her go through where she is feeling horrible afterwards, even though one cannot tell she is feeling yucky. I was worried the drive back to Corpus Christi would make things worse, but she used the Blue Dream and it helped her big time! Me and her decided even though we are from Corpus Christi, we are not buying from the shops here anymore. We are going to start buying our products from Natural Heights in San Antonio. He said all we had to do was call in and they would mail out whatever we needed. Both I and my daughter, highly recommend this place!!

I just left Natural Heights and I am so grateful I found this store! I have been using CBD products for about two years and I absolutely love it (and when I've run out, I realize how much I truly NEED it) This place was great with a wonderful variety of products and brands to choose from. I forget his name, but the employee who was there was very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful which is soo appreciated. They had the brand and product I needed at a great price. I will be back in about a month :)

The owners are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The CBD products are helpful for my whole family! My dog comes alive with CBD oil and we are all sleeping better. The store is clean and has a great display of all products. I am so grateful for a local CBD shop run by AHHS alumni!
