if I could give zero stars I would. The girl literally didn’t even help just stared at me when I told her what I wanted she just pointed and then when I asked for more help she just pointed again and when I said okay guess i’ll just leave then she stared again and I left and not one word said when I left like thanks for coming in or anything…? like i’m sorry if you’re customer service at least help your customers

Didn't get pressured into buying anything I didn't want. As a matter of fact my man suggested a less expensive but great quality pen. Perfect for my situation since this was my first time ever buying a pen, oil. I knew very little walking in and I was given a breakdown of all the questions I had and all the questions I didn't ask. Schooled me on everything I needed to know and even set it up for me while explaining the whole process and the how to maintain my pen. Made sure I made the right flavor choice. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, super chill. I just went in for vaping purposes but there is so much more with what looked like a great selection and variety of anything smoke related and more. I'll be back when I'm ready to upgrade. Very satisfied.

Went in for some Vape juice and was surprised at the selection and price on most everything in the store. Guy behind the counter was real nice and hooked me up with a discount because it was my first time and I bought a fair amount. They will also order whatever you want for no extra charge. Will be my new stop for juice!

10/10 my favorite smoke shop. In my personal experience they will almost always have what you need, in the 1/100 chance they don’t they’ll offer you something just as good for the same price or less. I really recommend it to everyone.

Chill head shop with a lot of cool products especially rolling trays. They're constantly getting new products in, everytime I visit they have new stuff. Very friendly staff but make sure to clarify any discounts, etc. They can be a bit difficult to work with when trying to exchange or return something regardless if its defective or not, FYI.
I'd love to give 5 stars but unfortunately I can't due to rudness and negative attitude of the current "manager. This guy has not customer service skills let alone decent manners. It really doesn't take much to make your customers happy and arguing and yelling at them is not a good start. I witnessed him hassling several female customers refusing to at least try to resolve their problem/issue.
And personally he has been very rude and condescending towards me. Thankfully he isn't there much when I visit.

This store acknowledges the safety of their customers. I wear masks everywhere and even though it's not required, when I come in with my mask on, the employees put their masks on as well. To me that means a lot.

I ALWAYS have a great experience at this shop. They’re super friendly and and always willing to help. They have dope selections on pipes, grinders, and bongs for really good prices & they have some selections on delta 8, delta 8 combos, & delta 10 as well. My friend and I just went today & Muk was super friendly and helpful! I got the delta 10 & it’s hittin more like a sativa & I’m not complaining lol

truly has the BEST prices out of any smoke shop by a long shot and all the employees are super helpful and give you great suggestions if you ask. Also the owner really does want everyone to get the best price and the best quality on anything purchased at any Planet 420 location. would 100% recommend to everyone.
