Everyone stay away from this smoke shop they always have an attitude and have the worst customer service. If I could I would give this place a -5 star review. Thereβs a better smoke shop called King smoke and novelty. They have a bigger selection and way nicer workers than this dump.

Didnt have what I wanted so I took the recommendation of the employee which was a HUGE mistake. Plastic may work for certain things but not a smoking device. Should really warn people that the devise they cant return isnt glass. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

I can't recommend this place enough! Best smoke shop in San Antonio. Their selection is extensive and their staffβspecifically, Cat and Geraldβwere so incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgable. They helped me pick out my items, provided instructions on how to use them properly, and even gave my partner and I two free T-shirts, just because.

Never had a single problem with this place after purchasing numerous times but the customer service after purchasing a faulty product was horrible.. i think i average out at close to 100 dollars a week at times and not to refund or replace a 30 dollar product was very ignorant of the establishment. Never again so here .

Since me and my girlfriend came into the store to look for CBD flower we was ignored instantly. Poor customer service all around, we was ready to spend money but apparently we looked to normal to deal with. The other super nova off marbach helped us out right away and was very helpful. I will never return to this place.
