Easily the best smoke shop in the metroplex. I've always found the prices to be pretty fair, especially on glass pipes and hookahs. And the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. It's been my go-to for 21 years now and the place has only gotten better year after year. Been coming to this spot for almost 20 years absolutely love it. Just moved back from Las Vegas recently and was so glad to see them thriving. Poor customer service! Showed up 45 minutes to close and the employees were already carrying out the trash and told us that piercings were by appointment only. We drove an hour and a half after work to get this done, when I expressed this to the associate he advised me to make an appointment for tomorrow. I asked how long the appointments take he said 20 minutes… But that’s confusing because there was 45 minutes left till they closed and no one was in the store….We called Texarkana ink they said come right over! Avoid modern primitives and just go to Texarkana Ink!

Was yelled at by the woman for bringing in a banger to match up for my email. Would have been different if she was nice about it. Will not return, I spend way to much money in there to be treated like that. I'm going to start going to pipes emporium, better prices anyway. As for the girl behind the counter get help you need it.
