Customer service is great and the store has a great selection of products to choose from. Store is also always very clean!

Complete lack of knowledge of products, I asked for a flavor a friend bought there three times and was told the first two times they did not carry that flavor. I bought device there and can’t get accessories for it. One employee sold me the wrong tank and I opened it on the spot and checked it and coils would not fit it, he said they have a no return policy. Their manager/ district manager Bryan was supposed to be bringing the tanks from Hot Springs… the employee on the phone with him clarified which specific tank and Bryan STILL brought the wrong tanks, yet they do absolutely nothing for customer service.

Complete lack of knowledge and new arbitrary rules such as "must test product before purchase" on every visit. With multiple competitors in the area one can certainly find better options. Most of the reviews seem to have this hole in the wall confused with the Vape shop a few blocks down as there is barely any differentiated product. 3/10 would not recommend.

You buy products there and cannot get the accessories to go with them. Completely ridiculous. Had to replace my vape and they didn't carry the same one. Had to pay more for another vape now i can't get another tank to go with it because they don't sell the acessorry. If you sell the device you need to sell the accessories. And it is basically like oh well nothing can be done. Tried to get answers and it is just a big run around. Completely disappointed in their customer service.

Top Tier Professionalism. Always well stocked, clean, and friendly. Vapor 100 was a gem recommended by a fellow local. All products are priced appropriately, the staff is knowledgeable, and the location is well picked. The Delta-8/10 selection is magnificent aswell. Shelves upon shelves of respectful brands for the modern vapor.

I go here for all my vaping needs friendly staff knowledge of product is awesome and reasonable price. Plus they have a frequent buyer reward program lol. They have a peeks program that after so many points you can either a free product or half off a product my vapors should go check them out on stateline next to Nelson's boot wear

Best vape/head shop in town. Staff is super friendly, stock is good (especially for such a small location), the rewards program is free, and I've never had a problem there. Super chill.
