I've been to this shop a few times, I love the staff here, they are knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices on the products they sell are quite expensive for my tastes.
I bought a vaporizer which I over paid slightly for, which is fine if I like a place. But then I was looking for another vape to add to my collection and other products, and the mark up in this shop is just way to much for me to afford.
Guess I'll be stuck ordering online still for a good while. Most smoke shops in Victoria are like this sadly.

Sold me two bunk vapes replaced the first one which was cool but when the SECOND one didn’t work they rejected me and lost me as a customer what a waste of 28 bucks

Jake and the girls are very friendly and very informative on products that are asked about. One of the best smoke shops in Victoria. Never fails to walk in and see nice and friendly faces with great customer service attitude all around. Highly recommend them!!!

It's a great and helpful place to buy a vape great customer service now they do have a 24 hour policy. I bought a vape it messed up and was able to exchange do to product failure not abuse of vape. I did recommend they put a bigger sign stating of their 24 hour policy. Recommendations of this place are high from me. Support your community thanks Redrum.💯🤘

Best smoke shop in town!!! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Amanda is the absolute BEST!!! She is always so friendly and knowledgeable and greets everyone with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. Love this place I frequently visit to buy a few cigars and accessories…I am never goin to a convenient store again lol !!!

Staff was very friendly but it’s upsetting that there is no uniformity between stores. Not sure if it’s a franchise or one owner but in my hometown I get 2 Escobar big 5000 puff vapes for 44 bucks at redrum. I’m paying 35 for one at Victoria redrum so yeah that’s a 13 dollar difference. I asked and there was no mention of it but good news if I spend another 100 bucks I get 5 off. Wow.

I’ve been going to Red Rum for a few weeks now and I just want to say that Jake is AWESOME. He is always very helpful, attitude is great, and is always giving me his opinion and every time he does I end up loving the product. My kids also go there and they suggested I ask for Jake and they were right. Thanks Jake for your wonderful attitude and always willing to help with no hesitation.
