Due to health issues I can’t and won’t wear a mask, I was refused service (water for my children) because I can’t wear a mask that I don’t need, the guy behind the counter didn’t practice his social distancing but he was concerned about me not having a mask, he was rude and had a nasty attitude which was completely uncalled for, I explained to him that I can wear a mask but he didn’t care, I’ve gone to that store for years, I’m from this area, this was completely ridiculous, I’m a former U.S. Marine and I’ve done my time for this country and to be denied water all because I can’t wear a mask was appalling, I will never go back to that store ever, I suggest you don’t either. I have filed a complaint with Valero, not sure if anything will come of it but I won’t remain silent!

Fake and/or low quality items. Not difficult to source good merchandise. Particularly the puff bars and other vape products. I understand y'all let people test them before leaving the store. Upon taking the product apart it's very easy to see that it is a fake. Get it right. Stop swindling customers. And if y'all aren't doing it intentionally then educate yourselves on the products y'all are purchasing and selling.

Friendly customer service at this store however, the store I went to Google,is actually owned by Shell Company with a large sign. The Mobil Store is 1/4 north of Shell on the opposite side of the road. Plz update accordingly!! Both stores have all the amitys Google asked for that a customer would want in a convienence store!!
