Fantastic customer service! The store has a tranquil atmosphere and excellent products. They even sell treats for my dogs. Really helps with my dogs anxiety. I highly recommend this store.

The people at CBD American Shaman truly care about their clients. They are very personable and accommodating. The products have made a big difference in my quality of life. 9 months ago I broke my ankle coming down spiral stairs. After surgery and Physical Therapy I'm still dealing with a lot of pain and depression. With CBD oil my muscles and attitude are much more relaxed. I'm back to my positive self and have a lot less pain. When I get tired after 3 hours on my feet, my ankle aches. I smooth on CBD lotion and have 0 pain.

Stopped by this store on 11/12/2021 around 2pm. Wanted to check it out and ask some questions about products I had seen on the website. Was kind of bummed that they don’t really carry a lot of things that are online, although I understand laws and things change.
The girl working looked like she could have been 16 years old. Kind of seemed zoned out and wasn’t very nice or helpful. I asked some questions about products and she didn’t really know how to answer them (about the vaporizers and such). Wasn’t super impressed with the store itself BUT I’m really excited to order online, hoping I order correctly since she couldn’t really help me.

Stopped in yesterday July 23rd and still great product, employee was unprofessional. She had a puppy with her that kept jumping on me and making it hard to complete a transaction. The puppy was biting at my dress and peed on my sandal. It was a mess. Hopefully that is just a one time thing.

I've only tried one thing from here. It was the sleep CBD oil. It didn't work at all and I had a friend try it who has tried sleep CBD oil before and it normally works great for her, but she says this didn't work for her either at all. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except it was $100 for a small bottle of it. **I've changed this rating because I appreciate the response.

Excellent products and customer service 👍 I have been taking the water soluble for quite some time in regards to post surgery on my L5S1. It helps tremendously with my pain and also lowers my stress levels at work. (I'm on my feet most of the day) Anyone who suffers from pain, anxiety, or stress should definitely consider this as an alternative treatment. CBD AS has a far superior product then ordering cheap stuff online. Thank you!
