Horrible. Bought an elf bar, went home and it was defective, only works every few hits. Tried to take it back and the guy was rude and said it works, no exchanges. Customer service is awful. Never will go here again!!!

Rude, Overpriced, unknowledgeable, and out to make a sell whether or not it’s the right part or not. No refunds either. Their prices change based on whether or not the cashier working believes he can rip you off or not. Personal experience: I went in and bought 2 bottles of juice for a fair price and then a week later I went in and they tried to literally double the price on me for the same 2 bottles. I highly recommend NOT shopping at this Vape shop in Magna. There are 2 other Vape shops close by this one where you’ll get a fair deal and a better shopping experience.

Go to “Smoke 4 Less” next to smiths. They give better deals & wont charge you double, this place is a scam

Got a vape pen here for $18 (asked for the less expensive one) and it wouldn’t turn on. Was also missing authentication code. Went back immediately and none of that brand had authentication codes where the packaging said it should. I asked for the next least expensive pen and the guy said it was $32. I could see clearly there were ones marked $20-30. I asked about some unmarked ones in the back of the case and he said he forgot those ones, they were only $15. At first I thought he accidentally got a bad shipment of pens but now I think something shady is going on.
