Great selection of kratom, but not the best customer service. I’m here at 9:10am and they still haven’t opened. Google listing says they open at 9am. Seems to be a trend with some smoke shops. Please do us all a favor and change your listing time to when you guys will actually be open. Stop wasting people’s time.
I changed to 3 stars because the owner threw in a tiny discount and I understand that stuff happens.

Watched him talk down to the and pester the person in front of me. Then wanted to argue with me back and forth instead of just giving me what I asked for. Finally it was WAYYYY overpriced. RUDE awful customer service!!! GO TO IVAPE!! JUST NORTH UP STATE!!

I would just like to say if you are in the market for any number of smoke shop items this store for its size has the best selection that I have seen and I get around quite a bit. I would also like to say that the clerk here was a very kind and professional person he took into consideration my predicament and though I was in his parking lot for about 45 minutes changing out my heater blower motor on my less than visually appealing van he was still very kind and courteous when I finally made it inside to buy some butane for my lighter and cigarettes for my mom! If there were an option here for six stars I would gladly give them!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoy the staff and the engery of the shop! Everyone is very helpful respeful and inviting. From very nice glass, amazing selection in mods and jusices the owner is very kind has reasonably prices everything. He has picked very good new faces and my personal favorite James they are all very helpful 10 out of 10
