I bought a vape from them 💨 & it was broken! Second the battery’s they sold me one doesn’t work well! And I went tell them about coils and how keep burning out too fast I just bought one Tuesday same day went bad! And I told them and they didn’t help bad customer service!

Hey super 1 i apologize for giving 1 Star I was acting off emotion so I gave 1 star but I’ll change my star rating and delete what I said but i plan on taking my business elsewhere meanwhile because other vape shops help me out and reimburse me when I have issues with my vapes which you guys don’t. I just wish you would have worked things out last week because I plan on buying a lot of vapes with this tax money about to drop but it is what it is. If I ever have issues with my other vape shops I’ll give you guys a second chance but yeah I wish the best of luck to you guys. Have a nice day.

I went here yesterday after researching all the smoke shops around town. Very glad I did. They have a wide variety of everything smoke and vape related, especially glass pieces and the sales associate was helpful and informative. I even got a discount and a better piece for my water pipe. Will be returning for any of my smoking needs.

This place seems to do a lot of business because it was super crowded when we were there. The employees were attentive and the guy that was helping me gave me 30% off the product I purchased. Overall, a very good experience.

I bought a water pipe, and less than a week later the screen fell off so I wasn't able to use it. I took it in and they would only offer 50% off another water pipe which is ridiculous, I paid $160.00 for a water pipe that I was able to use for three days. They then also made me wait countless of times to speak with the owner, who still didn't offer a full refund as they should have, or let me trade for another one. The staff also lied to me multiple times about when the manager would be in and wouldn't ever give me direct answers to any of my questions. Pathetic.

I love this smoke/vape shop! There is a very cool guy there named Rick with a great friendly attitude that always helps me with any questions I have. They have vape juice deals and also a point system where you get points towards money off your next purchase.
