This place had decent customer service, but they are the absolute worst at opening on time. There open time says 9am on Saturday, and they just open whenever they feel like. Which will cause ANY business to lose customers quickly. Moved into the area and i will no go as far as i need, on the bus even, before i go back to this place

I LOVE this shop! I live a couple hours away, but come to the valley every 2 weeks, and I never miss an opportunity to stop in here. EVERY time I am warmly greeted, immediately taken care of, and the prices are great. They always have a great selection, no matter what you’re looking for. The staff is awesome. They are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely want you to be happy with what you buy. The owner leads by example, he’s great. Thanks for being so awesome!!

Best smoke shop ever!!! I will go out of my way just to come to this shop. I love the staff and they have the best prices around. I have really gotten to know the staff and I have to say that they are the sweetest ever. I bought my first mod there and it came sealed in the box with the wrong atomizer, obviously this was the manufacturers fault but Kyler switched it for the right one and gave me two extra at no cost just for the inconvenience. They are truly amazing!!!

It's close enough to home and the owner's make it a delightful experience every time. They greet you as if you're a family friend. Serenity is my favorite though! I love that girl! The girl who was working (she said she was the owners daughter) was so sweet. I want to come back here because of her amazing customer service. She was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the products and very friendly. She also gave good discounts. They had exactly what I was looking for and it was a good price.
