I HAD to give one star to post.
Do Not go to Smokes 4U!! Go a mile to State Street to Murray Vape. Smokes 4U does not stand behind their products. I bought a Smok M17 with a manufacturer defect that they refused to exchange because they have a sign in their store stating ‘no exchanges’. I returned w/in 90 minutes to let them know the vape was defective. It wouldn’t charge at all. Clearly it was a manufactured defect. The extremely young child running the store could not make a decision and deferred to her brother, and asked me to come back the next day and ‘her brother would be there and exchange it’. Saturday I arrived at 10:15 and the store was not open yet (it was supposed to open at 10a) we came back an hour later and the little girl was there. As soon as she saw me, she started talking trash telling me she doesn’t have to deal with me ( the customer) and how she didn’t want to be there (running the store) and the fav millennial saying, ‘Its not my fault’. Save yourself some money and Don’t patronize this store.

I broke my vape so I went there to get a new one. A girl with braids showed me one and told me this one don't brake and if it ever did to bring it back to her. 2 weeks later it broke and i took it back to her she lied to my face and said they don't take them back. Bad customer service they lie to you just to get you to buy from them then they don't go by there word .
