My experience was horrible. I went into the store and looked around bought a pack of cigarettes and then saw a sign that said if we do not ask you if you want a receipt we will give you a store credit of $5. So then what happened was I asked for my $5 store credit he had also completed the transaction without asking if I wanted my receipt. So then one of the other males came over and ring me up again did not give me my $5 or store credit. He had an absolutely terrible attitude about it and claim that he was the one that ring me up. He was not the other male was. Both of the males were extremely rude working there tonight. This is the second time I've been treated very rudely at the store. The other time was with another male who was blonde blondish brown and he had helped a customer who was not there before I was and proceeded to checkout the other customer who was not in front of me in line. I would Not recommend my worst enemy to go here. If I could give them a -10 star review I would. Go somewhere else to buy your stuff because this place is bad news.

I used to come here every time I needed juice or pods for my vape since they have a good selection and great staff. I bought a new system which didn't work from the time I bought it, I went back the next day in an attempt to exchange it for a working one and I was told that they couldn't help me at all. Terribly unprofessional to sell a broken product in the first place, let alone refuse to assist with the matter after. Lost my business on the spot.

I’ve been in a handful of times and they have a good selection of juice but it’s pricey. I went in and got a 25$ 60ml of a Ruthless and I said multiple times that I wanted .3 mg nicotine, assumed that’s what I got, but when I checked a day later after I’d already been using it and it was a lot harsher than I expected saw it was actually .6 I went in to see if they could do anything about it but the guy that helped me just said I wish there was something I can do but there’s not really anything we can do unless you had just bought it and walked right back in. I understood that so I asked if they had any low or no nicotine juice so I could dilute it and he pulled up a list of the cheapest juice they had that had no nicotine. I don’t buy cheap juice because of the obvious lack of quality but didn’t want to be rude. I told him I don’t like menthol and after going and grabbing a flavor that I smelt and didn’t like he looked again and recommended two other menthol flavors. At that point I just left and probably won’t be going back unless out of necessity and double checking that they’re giving me the right product which after looking at reviews seems to be a common problem.

This place has a great selection and the product is displayed in an appealing way. Vapor products are not priced well at all compared to local vape stores. Customer service is okay. They messed up and sold me the wrong juice strength once, their policy is no returns period, so I was forced to eat their mistake.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is absolutely terrible. Ive been going there on and off for 3 years now, but never again. I got a defective vape and they refused to give me a refund even though I bought it before the beginning of the year when they changed their policy to 24 HOUR RETURN POLICY! And also they will not let you return a anything even if its still unopened. They are twice as expensive as Blue Spinx in almost everything, especially their bongs and pipes. There is a guy with short dark hair and another with long blonde hair who shouldn't have a job but they do. They were complete jerks. Rude and snotty, like they look down on you. Like you're a guest in their home. Ive even called management and complained, but the owner was about as rude as his employees. It is crazy how bad this place is. The new management, the employees, the bad prices and the poor quality make this place the biggest 1 star that I have ever given and I don't usually write reviews. Let alone bad ones. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For all your gaping needs, go to river walk vapes. For all your smoking needs go to Blue Spinx. Dont waste your time, money or your good mood for this place.

Oh and thanks for writing me back, you just proved my point. I understand that you are not OBLIGATED to give me a return on an unopened product or the faulty vape you sold me. Its what good companies do, but you don't care about your customers. You only care about our money. Why couldn't you put a sign up that said UNDER NEW MANAGMENT, RETURN POLICY HAS CHANGED?Hopefully a few people read this and decide to stop at Blue Spinx instead.

Poor customer service, rude even. I came in with a pocket full of money and was chased out because of the so called four person limit inside, I'm sitting outside in the car right now as people keep walking in and nobody has been sent out to wait, just me. I would have been better off going to smokers etc in ogden.

Was visiting Logan from Wyoming. Forgot my juice @ home so I stopped in to pick up a new flavor. The gal was helpful & made suggestions based on what I was looking for. when it came time to pay for it, I showed her my ID. Then she asked for my husband’s ID (whom is almost 40 years old & was not making a purchase) He left it in the hotel. She said she couldn’t make the sale w/o both ID’s. Another employee was kind enough to make the sale. Shoppers: plan for each person to show your ID.

very friendly staff that i made friends with some of them. the cigar section is good but defiantly need to be improved with new product. the prices are a bit on the high sides. and for sure, the staff need to be more profession on cutting cigar.
general impression: i like this place

Great staff. Terrible prices, they have been marking up their prices on everything, never have I ever spent so much on E juice. I'd prefer Outlaw Vapor in Preston, Idaho. You would get 3x as much e juice at half the price online. Everything is way to pricey. Hope you can improve your prices instead of ripping everyone off and gaining 80-90% profit. Stingy asf.

great place and service!! All I have to do is walk in and the guys already have my juice, ready for me at the counter :) They even grab my extras because sometimes I come in to stock up. I literally don't have to say a word when I go in because when they see me coming in they go grab it and I'm set to check out. On top of that, one of the managers(I wont give names but she is there all the time) is seriously a vape genius. I've gone through tons of products and parts and no matter what kind it is, I know I can always count on her and timberline to go out of their way and fix my stuff for free. That, or tell me what I can do get the most out of it. I highly recommend going here if you are new to vaping and have questions or constantly break your stuff like I do :) they will take care of you. And as far as pricing goes, I would say about the same or cheaper than all other places I've shopped. I recommend Heavens Lube and Ruthless(also never out of stock like most of the other places I used to shop with)
