Shout to Nessa for amazing customer service, knowledgeable insight, store cleanliness, patience with me, and her fluidity in directing me. Nessa had a lot of positive vibes (for real) and when dealing with customers directly, can really suck out of you. I came in for one thing and having a sales background, I was really impressed by how Nessa got me into a buying mood without pushing anything on to me. Made the whole experience enjoyable and exciting to get home and try a few new items. Especially, the ash catcher attachment to the water pipe. Would come back again.

Hands down best smoke shop. Tons of great product, excellent vinyl selection, GREAT customer service. Since finding you, I refuse to go anywhere else. Especially high priced, ignorant Stogies.
Never had a bad experience. Employee's are knowledgeable and friendly. The guy Mateo ALWAYS greets me the second I walk in. Even if he's helping other people, I get a smile or a wave. And not only a thank you, have a good day but he always says "stay safe" I've worked retail 30 years and customer service is everything! Great job you guy's!

I have purchased many vapes from this store, but the last one I didn't even have it for 3 days before it leaked. Ihated it anyway, I wanted to try something new. They have a no return policy. I was just going to mail the vape to the company to return it. Instead, they helped me replace it with a different brand and taught me how to use it. Every time I go there I have a great experience with the people who work there, the place is clean, and I love the music they play. I also love their glass, products, and merchandise!

Their vape juice is pretty overpriced. My choice of juice was available here for $18 per bottle when a pack of two bottles was available less than a mile up the road for $22.
