The people that run this place are laid back easy going and very knowledgeable about the products they sell along with fairly priced. They have a decent amount of inventory in stock and if they do not have what you're looking for they will help you find someone that does.

Refused to return a manufacturers defective smok alien kit. It has paint chip issues and doesn't work all the time. Very sporadic. Just tried to get an exchange on it before the 3 day manufacturers refund policy they have, they refused. Tip to the business keep your customer happy. I buy juice once a week and always went to them. Now because they didn't want to do an exchange they have lost over 100 dollar's a month in juice purchases. Over a one time 75 dollar purchase.

Ok, I was conned into writing a review. Nonetheless, I will still write it. I was actually supposed to write it awhile ago but things have been busy.
I came in one early morning because this was the only vape/smoke store open near by me (Im a religious VAPE ON STATE customer) because my MAG SMOK broke on me that morning headed to work.
Anyways, i came in to the store and asked for the same model i had he said no they didnt have it. I was in a hurry, so i just chose one quickly and went on. Once I was ready to check out i looked down and see the MAG model that i wanted, so i pointed it out and decided to buy that one. He tried to charge me more for it than the little orange sticker on it said, so i pointed that out too. He then said he'd give me a discount of $5 if i gave a review on google. So what-the-heck i agreed.
I spend $140 on the mag with batteries (that actually was a display mag)
That is including the discount.
A day or so later, i went back to V.O.S and the Mag was $90, the batteries $6...
Yeah, im not going here again.
But thanks?? For the $5 dollar discount, bud.

I have no idea why these guys have 5 stars. I bought several hookah items from them, old old merchandise super dusty. The shisha was old when I got home tasted awful when I smoked it, threw all away next week I swung by for some coconut coals and they are the most horrible coals I have ever bought. I tried giving them a second shot on my purchases but after my experience I will never buy from them again.

Smokers point is the best smoke shop in the valley. They have a wide variety of juice's at a great price! Ask for KJ he is the nicest guy around.
