If I didn't live so close to this vape shop I wouldn't go! It's too bad because their products are actually great but the customer service is rude and unwilling to help with questions.. owner please fix this because I'm now driving to the other side of town to cloud 9 for my products.

Horrible customer service. Sold me a broken rig for $60 and refused to exchange it 30 minutes later. It was still wrapped up when I noticed the crack on the bottom and took it back in.
