CBD & KRATOM TOP STOP

So excited for this location! I’ve loved this shop and have been going to the stop in Woods cross for months and I’ve loved the vibe and overall feeling of welcoming smiles each time I come in for the fixings🤣 I’ve introduced so many of my friends and such to this shop and the staff have always treated me like family. The best part about this place is that they remember you! I had this one guy who worked at the Woods cross/north slc stop who I don’t see much there anymore but he remembered me every single time I came in and even put me in the rewards system 💙 just an overall awesome experience

Products are ok, but EVERYTIME I call to check & see if they have my juice in, it rings until the call is dropped & no one ever picks up. I want to like this place so bad since its 2 minutes away from my house, but I can’t get being it. Maybe some new employees would make the place better!

I've been a loyal customer for years and I've never had a negative experience inside of Vape Avenue. I'm always greeted as I walk through the door and I'm guided from start to end of the transaction. Brandon has always been very helpful, respectful, and patient with me and any other customers that I have seen. 10/10 would definitely recommend Vape Avenue for all your needs.

By far the most friendliest vape shop I have been to in years! I highly recommend going in after 4:00! The day staff isn’t too bad but their night shift employee Brandon is the best! He’s friendly and has a sense of humor! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for a while because it’s closest to me, but no more. first ding is the sewage smell but I could get past that, second is the fact they started having their card machine ask for tips it’s a vape store…and the least helpful one I’ve been to and that is just the truth. Third is when they sold me a cartridge they SWORE up and down was proven not to leak, it’s the worst leaking thing I’ve ever had and no help was offered about it. FOURTH is the fact I just realized they have been selling me expired e juice for months when I noticed it on my last bottle, and checked all my previous ones cause I still had them. Again no help offered for that.

I do not understand all these extra charges. The clerk tried explaining, but is extremely hard to understand with his accent, so I gave up asking. I only bought 3 juices, nothing else. I could understand if it was $20 per bottle for a total of $60 + tax(which is still ridiculous), but what are the extra $4.99 charges, which happen to be the juices I bought?? I did have 4 juices, but when that took the price to over $105, I told him to keep it. I feel like I got ripped off!!! The other problem is, that you don't have prices listed anywhere...WTH!!This was my first and last time at this shop. Lesson learned and I will keep going to my fav shop, CVB in Layton, who are more personable and reasonable.

Visited earlier tonight, fantastic customer service and I got everything I needed. This is by far one of my favorite locations because of how close it is, and how amazing the customer service was. Great kid at the cash register by the way.

Midget Murphy wasn’t there so I couldn’t credit him for the beans he sold me to grow my bean stock to go to space and visit my real dad…

The staff are friendly and know their stuff when it comes to different mods and juices. With the help of the employee, I was able to get the perfect flavor I'd been looking for at other places for a while.

Went in to get some CBD for my dogs anxiety and when I asked how much it was he said I think $20.00. By the time we get to the register we were charged $37.00 and he said he gave us a great deal because he cared so much about our dog suffering. He said it’s usually $49.99. When we got home the receipt said watermelon green apple 250 mg and we got 100 mg fish for pets. He just found something that was the price he wanted to charge us. We tried to take it back as we had found it elsewhere for $16.00 and they said no returns. Too bad he wasn’t honest we may have returned when we needed more. Karma will catch up with him at some point.
