Very bad experience, I went to buy a vaporizer THC cartridge and edibles while I was the ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE. As a typical customer does, I look over the selection of products and see quite a large selection of products, including a variety of cartridges and edibles. I go to check out at a register and was rudely directed instead towards an IPad kiosk in a separate room to ‘place my order’. (You’d think an empty store could give me a customer service rep). I went to buy the edibles and cartridge I wanted but they had none of the edibles I was looking for available on the kiosk (I was simple looking for anything above 5mg edible). As for the dab cartridge, it was not well advertised and I didn’t realize I was spending 35$ plus a TON of fees on a .3 gram cart. The total with tax came out to be 41$ and change and they said it’d be that, but when I went to use my debit, the register showed an additional 2.50$ charge for using a debit. As far as I know, they did not have an ATM available in store (or at least their clerk didn’t suggest it after I was astounded by the debit charge). If there had been an ATM I would have easily taken cash out for less of a charge and paid that way, instead of giving more money to this ridiculous, corporate, out-of-state disgrace to the Burlington weed community. Additionally, the cartridge I received had quite a lot of air bubbles and did not seem like it was the full .3 grams. They acted far too Boujee and sacrificed any sort of customer service at the expense of their ‘high tech’ checkout system. I would spread the word not to waste your time at this high-end, overpriced, greedy, poorly managed dispensary. Stick with your local dude, I’ve been treated better in someone’s grandmas basement.

Great store.... but you can't pay with a Visa Debit card? I dont get it...its cash! They dont accept credit cards either AND that information is not posted anywhere. Checked my ID no less than 3 times, but you won't take my debit card...there are other dispensaries, and I will take my business to them.

Their pricing is unreasonable for medical. The access to the affordable medical cannabis options (that were already sparse) became nonexistent once recreational began— even though they said the quality/access of the medial dispensary products would not be negatively impacted . Medical cannabis should be safe, AFFORDABLE, and CONSISTENT. Quit cutting corners by discontinuing shake/small flower & 1/4 packages just because you think we don’t need it. That’s the ONLY product the majority of your patients want. Listen to what your customers are trying to tell you and do better by the people that rely on you for their only chance at pain relief

Fine enough selection and prices are fair at the time of this review. They charge a "banking surcharge" with every purchase-when they only accept cash. No bank was involved when I handed the cashier physical money. I can't be bothered to empathize with a business' overhead costs when I'm entitled to none of their profit.
