Absolutely AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I bought a herbal molasses shisha on Sept 2022, and the product had been EXPIRED for TWO and a HALF YEARS (March 2020). After I got home and realized the expiration date, I went back at the shop and the woman who works there, with a LOT OF DISREGARD simply stated: "I'm sorry ", but everything is final sale, nothing we can do about it. When I said there wasn't a sign, she answered saying the signs are everywhere. Well, NOT TRUE. She showed me a sign in front of a counter, and that was it. However, I don't think anybody would expect to by a product DISPLAYED right on THE MAIN SHELF, that had been EXPIRED for such a LONG TIME (NO SIGN) of final sale whatsoever on that shelf. So, that shows how careless (to say the least) about their costumers they are!
