Upscale CBD store with quality products and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The 1000 mg cream is very effective - my son had a pulled gastrocnemius in his calf and after 3 applications (am, pm, am) he ran a track race with no pain. His track team friends are always asking him for it - which is not okay because it’s not cheap! I also use it for arthritis in my thumbs and my lower back. I also take the 750 mg tincture for menopause and pelvic floor issues. That takes longer for results but it does help.

Just called the store to ask about some products. They put me on a brief hold, I took about 5 seconds to reply when they got back on the phone (I'm currently at work) and the representative continued to put the phone down, didn't hang up, and starts to talk negatively about the calls they get from customers. Tried calling back for several minutes because I'm in need of purchasing something asap but they never hung up, so their phone is going straight to voicemail. Very unfortunate way to lose business.

Guy had zero knowledge about the products, their mg, their efficacy-- and it's a cbd store, not a dispensary, the guy acted half asleep and strung out. The topical I spent 100 dollars on is no better than Icy Hot. Will be avoiding the chain from now on.
