The selection is amazing! If you want it, they have it. If they don't have it, you don't want it.
The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The suggestions made at the counter have always been perfect for me. This has become my shop of choice for Kratom and CBD.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - GO TO THE CLOUD FACTORY IN PETERSBURG
I came in and bought a dab rig for $75, which I counted on the guy to help me with. I returned it the next day because it wasn't working properly, and the torch they sold me died. They refused to refund me the most expensive part of it (the glass piece, $30) because "it was used." OF COURSE IT WAS USED! I had to use the rig, didn't I? The guy pointed out that he had given me a discount on the dab stick, when in actuality he had jacked up the price on the torch, so he broke even. Umm...you did me no favors, but cool trick to play on customers.
I ended up going to the Cloud Factory in Petersburg, where they were super nice, listened to what I needed and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and needed.

Thanks Google for saving me $10 dollars. Let me explain, asked to buy batteries for my E-cigarette and was told he was out of the green batteries but has the blue ones that he said are" better! Way better then the green ones!" " $19.98 for them!" "Great price " however I was skeptical on how much they were asking for them. For good reason, they sell for $8.99 online. Yeah, wanna pay double go here.

Excellent vape shop plenty of varieties to choose from as well as several other items and you couldn't ask for any better customer service..Just be sure not to throw your trash in the parking lot when leaving be courious the guy that just gave you the best customer service has to keep that area clean
