The 2 women that were working this morning were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. I had a few questions about the product they recommended but once they explained it to me i felt a lot more confident in my purchase. They have a large selection of devices and juices, which is great for me since I like to vape a variety of flavors. I would strongly recommend you checking them out.

Not your average vape shop - I was met at the door with a smile, and asked for my id then offered a one dollar lifetime membership for good sized discounts and the ability to taste test all their juices. The woman who met me at the door was friendly and helped me find and taste juices that fit my description of what I enjoy and helped me use a pamphlet to mark the ones i liked.
Everyone was friendly and helpful but at least one employee was extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of my vape and helped me find the appropriate coil. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a vape shop.

This is the only store I buy my vape products at due to the amazing manager that runs this store. He always goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make me feel welcome. My friend drives all the way from Stafford for this same reason. His incredible personality, professionalism, knowledge of the products and friendliness will keep us coming back forever, I highly recommend this store to everyone!

I was very rudely asked to show my ID as I was about to ask about a particular item in stock. They didn't have which is fine but the people in line behind me weren't ask to show. Rubbed me the wrong way. Not cool at all. I ended up going to Synergy Vapor in Thornburg and was pleasantly greated by the friendly staff and had a much better experience there
