I take it in the late morning, per recommendation, and I make it through the day with no issues. I highly recommend the products. The customer service is excellent! They are willing to answer any and all questions you have. There were a few that he wasn't 100% certain on, so he asked the product representative and got back to me. I appreciate the above and beyond effort in trying to educate someone new to these types of products. I 100% recommend and support the products and business.
