I've been asked to rate again. My feelings are the same if not better. There are great store and it seems like they're extremely professional no matter what may be happening in their day they always find a way to giggle or have a smile. It's great customer service they go out of their way for their customers.
Money Management
Clean, professional, knowledgeable and great customer service. I bought some vape juice today. I was kinda confused on what new flavor I should try but the gentleman there help me finalize my options and make a great choice. I Love This Flavor! Will be back soon.

if I could rate them zero I would. I have not been vaping very long, so I do not know the intricate details about my device or the heater. so I took it in and asked the owner if he knew. he said he had no idea because it is still in the tank and could not read it. after I removed it for him and he looked at it he told me it was M2 I saw great bought it and fluid and out I went. when I got home I realized it did not work because he sold me M2 0.25OHM and it turns out I needed M2 0.15OHm. I had no idea that they had different OHM for the coils. I relied on the owner of the store to know about the products he was selling but I guess I was wrong. so I went back to let him know and he said "over the counter sales are final" I explained that I had no idea what I was looking at and that is why I asked him for help and showed him the original coil. I asked if he was not going to assist me in replacing the item HE sold me as the correct one? he said "it is your responsibility to know what you are buying" as true as that is I relied on his expertise (or lack there of) to get to the correct item. I have spent lots of money in his store but because of 15.00 that he was not willing to correct he will loose my business for ever. do not give money to a guy who is only worried about a nickel today and not a loyal customer. Just had a horrible experience there. I visit quite often and never delt with this employee before. I felt like I was interrupting her and her phone. And then she started yelling at me to stay behind the line. I was tryn to show her what I wanted and she constantly picked up the wrong item. Bc of her you more than likely lost a constant customer.

I’m so angry, got a device that doesn’t work. I thought it was strange when the guy put a device in a box and sold it to me, when there were unopened packaged ones available but gave me one that wasn’t in a sealed box. So I have a worthless device, and I also overpaid. The mark up in the store is incredible. The broken unit I bought for example, was $34.99. The manufacturer website sells it for $24.99. I also found it at another shop for $24.99. Also, I saw the juul pods are $24.99! A pack is $15.99 in other stores, as well as online at Juul. Feeling cheated, overspent, and now I have a device that doesn’t work. I’m hoping if I take it to another shop, they’ll trouble shoot and let me know if it’s just bunk. I live too far away to go back, so will have to go local. Definitely won’t be stopping there next time I pass through. Wasted money and broken unit.
