My girlfriend bought me a vape for my birthday there. Turns out the vape was defective. Bought it back the next day, explained to them that we had bought the item the day before, it did not work and we just wanted to exchange it for one that worked. I was then told that all sales were final, if I got a defective vape, it was my problem. No refunds or exchanges. It may have been my reaction, a mix between shock and anger that such a retail operation with a return policy of absolutely no returns, whatever you buy, pray it works. Then, to ad insult to injury, they charge $79 for a vape the manufacturers web site had for $49. Great, they sell me a defective product, won't take it back when it's defective,then I find out I had the pleasure of paying almost 90% more than I could have bought it for elsewhere. Stay away from this place. They ended up exchanging it for me, only after I lost my mind and created a big fuss.A no refund, no exchange policy to me means better go elsewhere for my purchases, to a reputable retailer who will stand behind the products that they sell.
