Customer service with NOVA Hemp has been wonderful. I have ordered a few times now and with my most recent order, made a dumb mistake. Travis was right on it - he contacted me almost immediately, was very patient with all of my questions, and helped me to fix my error. Each of the CBD products I’ve tried have been just as wonderful! First off the customer service and friendly family vibe you get from Travis is amazing.
Second the products work extremely well compared to other knock off products.
I had shoulder surgery and now using the cbd flower twice a day makes my day easier as well as the pain at night before bedtime.
I highly highly recommend “The Wife” strain for ease of pain.

I bought the the Zone tincture that has the THC-V. It works wonders. I have adhd and take adderall to help concentrate, but if I forget to take it early it keeps me up all night. The tincture is an amazing alternative. Keeps me focused but I can go to sleep after.
The staff is also very nice and will answer any questions you have.

NovaHemp offers great customer service, and the owners are knowledgable about their products. For that I give them 4 stars.
I'm disappointed, however, that they changed the formulation for the delta 8 gummies, which I have been buying and using for about a year. They need to remove the word "natural" from the label, because they are no longer natural. It seems that some people ordering by mail, or leaving their gummies in their car, have complained about melting. Now everyone has to adapt to, or give up on, the supposedly new and improved gummy, with the addition of xanthan gum, "natural flavors" (whatever that means), sucralose, citric acid, and sodium citrate to the mix. All of these additives have ruined the experience for me.
I tried one yesterday as soon as I got home from the farmer's market to see if I could tolerate the difference. It was a yellow one, I guess it was supposed to be lemon. It was so sweet that I was sick to my stomach after leaving it under my tongue for the half hour it took to dissolve. I just used a green one this morning (supposed to be apple?) and got nauseous from the same nasty flavor as the yellow. The old packaging used to include the Nutrition Facts and this new package doesn't. I wonder how many grams of sugar and salt are in a single gummy. There wasn't much in the previous formula, which they could HONESTLY call all-natural.
Unfortunately I will have to find a new brand or a new way to utilize the delta 8 oil. I won't be able to use the remaining 38 gummies in this 100 dollar jar -- the flavor is that disgusting to me. I want to throw the entire thing in the garbage.

Love their products! I normally find them at the Happy Creek coffee shop in The Plains (coffee and CBD oil), but it was nice to see a larger selection of their products at the Manassas farmers market! Bought some gummies that I can’t wait to try. 😃
