I've always used the disposable elf bars, hydes, and mr fogs but decided today was the day to make the switch to something a bit more permanent. Evan took the time to answer all of my questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience a very positive one and I will definitely be returning to this store in the future!!

Store is good. Most flavors they have are store brand as in avail only. They promote their brand so not much other brands to choose form, that's the only downfall. Other then that if your into their juices then great. If not might want to go somewhere else. Knowledgeable employees.

All good except rosins and wax should be kept in mini fridge not left out room temp. Keeps the product fresher and easier to work with,Besides that great service nice products

A hidden gem in the NRV and located in Roanoke just off of 581. When I first set foot in this shop I was almost blown away by the selection of products(mods,batteries,vape liquid, CBD, delta 8, batteries, Prime Liquid an absolute must try line of vape juice) that were available, followed by phenomenal customer/guest service of an almost unprecedented level. I've been vaping for about 7 to 8 years now and all I can say is the two people in there really knew what they were talking about! I highly recommend this shop to anyone that I personally know and even challenge people to find a better vape shop in the NRV! Thank you, and I look forward to more good vibes from this location.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well organized. Nice flavor variety and easy to taste and try the flavors.
Overall good experience, but I wasn't happy with the selection and explanation of gear options.
Store was pretty crowded when I was there. Other customers seemed happy with their purchases and service.
Bonus: They offer a veterans discount

I used to go to the one in BBurg but that one closed, which stinks. However, when I am driving back I make sure to go to the one in a Roanoke. The staff is great,
I can give them really low-grade concepts of what I like, and they always find one or two things for me that I end up really enjoying!!! They don’t pressure and it is a very laid back atmosphere. It’s an “A” in my book!!

The workers are excellent. Very kind hearted and socializing people. They help you when you need help and any questions you have they answer them amazingly. But the Store manager is rude and disrespectful. Me and another customer was talking to the workers about the products and he told one of the workers that we were there to long and that we were disrupting their work. When there were no customers in the store. He told the worker to tell us to leave when all we were doing was talking about products. I highly recommend the store because of the workers but not the store manager. He looks like Walter from Breaking bad he is rude and very displeasing. He couldn't tell us to leave himself all we were doing was sitting down and vaping out of the workers way.

I’ve been a customer at Avail for years and have had nothing but great experiences. Robert Roberts, your review wasn’t really a review at all. It was ignorant and offensive rambling. If this was about the ‘paper ID’ you wouldn’t have added your close minded insults. You sound like a bitter individual, I hope you get better.

Anyways, thanks for the great customer service you guys! I’ll never get my juice anywhere else.
