I visited the AVAIL to replace a crack in my tank. While I was there I noticed the information posted about CBD oil. I asked the lady and I wish I knew her name because I would give it to you. She talked about her experiences using CBD oil and how the milligrams work she took all the time never rushed. After I had paid and got my receipt and you think you're done this lady was not finished." May I replace your tank before you leave " talk about service and this is top-notch. In our conversation I learned that she worked full-time in this store and went to school full-time. So there was plenty of excuses for hard to not be top-notch and what she was doing but that was not her. So if you ever visit the Roanoke store and you see a lady with tattoos she's the best there is try her out she will serve you greatly also

They will do whatever they can to make a quick buck off of the customer. Purchased a bo vape, the pods fell apart and malfunctioned the device. Went back in and begged them to replace the device and pods. Said they couldn’t and that I would have to email the manufacturer. After fighting with corporate for an hour on the phone in store they finally replaced my device and the pods I purchased. The next day the same exact thing happened to both the pods and the device. Keep in mind that this is the product they were adamant about me purchasing and still tried to convince me that it was a great vape even after it fell apart right in front of them. Don’t give them a penny.

if i could give this place a 0 , i would!! Two days ago I went in a purchased a whole set up. Yestetday when trying to fill the chamber the canaster fell from my coffee table breaking the glass reservoir. When i went back to the store to ask about PURCHASING a new reservoir i was told it was my own fault I broke it.... i wasnt asking for a refund, not asking for a free replacement only what i could do to make this setup work again... i was treated with utter disrespect and as a con, trying to get something for free. So many people i know are looking at doing the vapor thing... i know I will tell EVERYBODY to NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP...or this brand anywhere else!! What an inferior product that breaks from falling from a low coffee table... WHAT A RIP OFF! STAY AWAY!!!

The people there are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. They always have what I need and always tell me what’s new in their store. I will always shop there.

Horrible service, staff is rude and act like they don’t need to value your money. One heavy set female at the valley view area was so rude I just walked out. I wouldn’t give this place a star but I had to in order to leave a review. W/C Vapor is way better.

I’ve been coming in here for years and by far, Bailey has been the best with customer service. I hate that she’s leaving. We'll miss you!

These guys are crazy friendly and really know their stuff, everything they’ve recommended has been super choice, and I’ve never had a bad time.

Today went in avail. They were so helpful on helping select a good tobacco flavor. Jamestown does have a very good. Its rich and flavor.
