I went to this store with my friend to get Juul pods. I was very disappointed with the service. Usually the staff is great. I was unfortunate enough to have a large and very rude woman check us out. She rolled her eyes several times and had a nasty attitude. My friend and I will not return to this Smoke Shack and will find a different chain of smoke stores to go to.

Staff is great. My usual store is Lynnhaven but close to this one at the the time. Lynnhaven gives me a discount in large quantities...the guy at this store didn't know me from Adam and was more than accommodating. Now we make a special trip to this store.

Some how I can order my coils juices and juul pods online but this place "claims" they can't get ahold of any of that stuff so they carry cheap knock offs that dont taste as good or last as long or even at all sometimes. I haven't been back in months and the only thing I buy is the gummy candy they carry. But as soon as I find that candy somewhere else this smoke shack will never see another dollar from me.

Went in, asked the cashier how he was doing - he ignored me. So I said I was looking for disposable tanks for a vape; I recieved free e juices that were nicotine free and I was looking to pick up 2 cheap tanks that I wouldn't need to change coils on. He told me he had tons - did I have a brand in mind? No not particularly, just something in the $20-$30 range per each. If he had a good, cheap reusable for a little more I wouldn't mind getting that either. Then he clammed up like I asked him for weed and now he didn't have ANYTHING I was looking for like that... what??? He didn't offer any explanation. Good, right across the street theres a vape shop - go there. Much friendlier and they know about their product. Won't be back to this smoke shack ever again.

Guy that runs the shop is a complete a**hole. Gives condescending answers to questions, shop never has what I need, out of all the smoke shacks this one is the worst. Can't emphasize enough about how much of a jerk the guy who runs the place is. Horrible customer service. Will only go there in an emergency if I'm out of something but chances are he won't have it. Don't waste your time.
