My Husband went in today to get me a coil. They wouldn’t sell it to him because ‘it was for someone else.’ We’ve never had a problem before. I have an account their & they’ve always let him get my coils or juice for me, until this new manager came along. Safe to say you’ve lost a loyal customer. 👎🏼

Horrible service. Very rude. The only reason I picked one star is so I could write a review I wouldn't even give them that much credit they're a horrible vape store bad customer service and horrible juices. I bought one that tasted like soap. I will never return to that store again, I highly recommend the vape store down the way you'll get better for your money. I wish I would have.

Horrible prices! Bad customer service. They may have knowledge but they use that to jack you around. It is not $200 for a mod. Ripe off place! I will never return!

The store has great prices, and I think it’s cool they make their own juice. The employees make sure to make you feel comfortable, and they know what they’re talking about. Cameron is 5 stars in my book. The shop is also in a wonderful location in town and not too hard to find. I definitely recommend getting all your vaping and CBD needs met here.

Viper Vapor Aberdeen has the very best customer service! All of the employees are so knowledgeable and friendly! They are very passionate about they're work and taking care of the customers. There product is solid! I quit smoking 7 months ago and haven't touched a cigarette since!!! They have mod kits like VooPoo, GenX, Orien Q and Orien Plus, and many other brands along with coils, tanks, glass, salt nic devices, tobacco flavor and unflavor vape, salt nic vape juice with multiple options for nicotine levels from 0-24 and 30-50 for salt nic juice. They're inventory is endless! And if some reason they don't have the product on hand they go out of their way to see if they can get it!
And their CBD products are amazing! My husband has been taking 1000 mg CBD tinctures (which come in multiple different flavors) for over a month now to help alleviate pain in his knee and it has helped him tremendously!! Viper Vapor has other CBD products that help relieve pain such as creams and roll on gels with or without the icy hot feeling! And on top of that they have a complete beauty line; CBD beard balm, tattoo balm, anti aging wrinkle creams, body lotions, Shea butter body cream, weight loss oral spray, night time oral spray and CBD Bath bombs which are amazing and so relaxing!!
Not to mention maybe my favorite CBD product are the NEW tablets that just hit the shelves!! There is CBD Energy tablets w/ caffeine, Sleep time tablets w/ melatonin and pain relief. Each have 25mg of CBD per tablet!!
This company offers so many amazing health products, I'm just blown away! From amazing customer service, vape products, CBD Health and beauty products!! You guys should definitely check them out!!

It’s such a great store! The guy that helped me, I think he said his name was Cameron, was super knowledgeable about the product and he was so friendly. As inexperienced with vapes as I am, he had every ounce of knowledge to cover all the bases for me. Working in retail myself, he also for sure had me beat on customer service skills. I was very pleased with my experience and hope to be served by him again.

I love this place! The customer service is astounding and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Both employees go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. They are both super knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Baisiclly everything you could ask for. Cameron has definitely made this my go to spot for anything vape related.

Went in not knowing exactly what I want which is usually how walking into a vape shop works. Scooped up a Skynet coil set and a really good bottle of Mega E-Liquid Watermelon Rush Ice ,which I'm currently squonking, and it's delicious.
The shop is super clean and extremely well organized. Prices are par for the industry. There's a good menu system for juice and a vast selection all nicely laid out. They have a very large selection of tanks, mods, kits and wire. Pretty much a perfect all in one shop for anything you need for the hobby. Great for novices and pros alike.
