Waited for this place to finally open this last December, and it was well worth it. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They have plenty of inventory and always have your flavor on hand! That seems to be a rarity in most vape shops! Totally love the rag-tag line!

Viper Vapor carries a wide variety of flavors at a great price. All of their juices are made in Grays Harbor county, and although they have 5 locations across the state, this mom-and-pop shop is still run with the level of care you expect in small businesses. The knowledgeable and friendly staff add to the atmosphere for the comfortable lounging area.

The juice selection is great. The people that work there are very knowledgeable. They don't have a huge selection of hardware but I understand why. As soon as it is produced it is outdated so that may be why. What they do have is all the top of the line products though. A little pricey. Of course, you could go online but you don't have the computer giving you the knowledge they can.

Viper vapor is the best vape store in the area. Super fantastic staff that are always extremely helpful with every need I've ever had. Any time I've had a question, they've always gone above and beyond with answering all my questions. Definitely check them out if you haven't already done so. They are the only vape store I shop at!

I have been vaping for over 10 years now and in this small town I have not been able to find anything I need for my kind of set up. Now that a real store has moved in I am glad now I don't have to go out of town for product. They make all of their juice and so far I haven't had one I didn't like. Most places put too much sweetener in their juice. Viper vapor does just the right amount for my liking. They will have my business for a long time. Thank you for opening a shop near me! Love it!!

Girl behind counter is rude. She has product knowledge but it is limited. Sometimes she gives misinformation. Also, will try to steer you towards a product she knows just because her knowledge is limited and she can't accurately answer your questions. I'm pretty sure she had her boyfriend sleeping on the couch when we came in. There are just better vape shops around town to better spend your money on.

The staff are nice. The juices on the other hand.. They are made in house and taste like old pastries.. I don't know if it's their nicotine or other additives but every juice has the same old dingy taste to it.

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable.. The only thing in my opinion that I didn't like was the prices!!!! Super expensive. Go down the road to rebreath vapor... Better selection and great prices

Fantastic vape shop. I’d say the best in Aberdeen and Hoquiam AT LEAST. They mix AWESOME juice (feels a little hefty on the nicotine, but I like that). Have a great selection of juice, mods, coils, rda’s/tanks, and they even carry nicotine tooth picks (which are a great indoor alternative to vaping and are very inconspicuous). And probably the best part is the prices, they are incredible, ESPECIALLY compared to other shops in the area (big cloud). At VV I’d spend a little under 25$ for 60 ML of juice and at BC it’s for like 40-50$ for the same amount. All in all, great building, great staff, great atmosphere, great products, great service, and great prices. 10/10 recommend.
